Terms of Use

Last updated: October 10, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the DataInsight365 public website. Please use it responsibly and read the current integration status before relying on described capabilities.

1. Website operator

The website at auth.datainsight365.com is owned and operated by 众星云创(厦门)网络科技有限公司 in Xiamen, Fujian, China.

2. Current service scope

The website describes a platform in development for e-commerce, retail, and technology operations. It currently provides information only. Campaign management, reporting, creative management, Business Center integration, and live TikTok account connections are planned capabilities, subject to approval, implementation, and authorization.

The public website does not provide a working account login, a paid subscription, or a guarantee of TikTok API access. The authorization callback is an application-registration endpoint, not evidence of a successful account connection.

3. Acceptable use

You may access the website for lawful informational and business purposes. You must not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website’s operation, introduce malicious content, or use our name or content to misrepresent an affiliation.

4. Content and third-party services

Our original website content and branding belong to the operator or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References to TikTok describe intended integrations and do not imply endorsement, certification, partnership, or approval by TikTok.

External services and links are subject to their own terms and policies. Availability of a future integration depends on the relevant platform’s rules and permissions.

5. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the information clear and current, but the website and its content are provided as available. Product plans may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific commercial outcomes, or that any proposed feature will become available.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on preliminary product descriptions, third-party services, or interruptions outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information handled by the current public website. Any future service that accesses business accounts will require appropriate authorization and updated service information.

7. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the website develops and will publish the revised date above. Email EthanZ@datainsight365.com for business inquiries, privacy questions, or requests about your information.
