Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

This policy explains how the current DataInsight365 public website handles information and describes the boundaries of our planned integrations.

1. Who operates this website

DataInsight365 is owned and operated by 众星云创(厦门)网络科技有限公司, based in Xiamen, Fujian, China. This policy applies to auth.datainsight365.com.

2. Information handled by the current website

This website provides product and company information. It does not currently offer account registration, collect information through forms, or connect to live TikTok accounts. We have not installed advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, request times, browser information, and network or security events. Its infrastructure processing is subject to its own policies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

If you contact our company directly, we may use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry and maintain the related business correspondence.

3. Planned TikTok data use

Our planned integrations cover campaign management, performance reporting, creative asset management, and Business Center account and permission workflows for our US e-commerce operations.

Live API integrations are not enabled. Any future connection will require the applicable TikTok approvals, API permissions, and account-owner authorization. Before activating those functions, we will update this policy to describe the data actually accessed, its purposes, retention, recipients, and available controls. We will not treat a visit to this website as authorization to access TikTok account data.

4. Authorization endpoints

The current TikTok Shop callback is reserved for application setup. It does not exchange authorization codes for tokens, establish an account connection, or save authorization values in application storage. Requests containing query parameters on the reserved authorization routes are redirected to a fixed status address. Hosting infrastructure may still process request information.

5. Sharing, retention, and security

We do not sell personal information collected through this website. Technical information may be processed by infrastructure providers to operate and secure the site. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

We do not maintain an application database of website visitors. Infrastructure records are governed by the hosting provider’s applicable settings and policies. Business correspondence is retained as needed to address the inquiry and meet applicable obligations. Website connections use HTTPS; no method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your requests

You may contact us to ask about information you have provided or to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law and any necessary identity verification. Do not send passwords, API secrets, authorization codes, or sensitive identity documents in an initial inquiry.

Email EthanZ@datainsight365.com for business inquiries, privacy questions, or requests about your information.

7. Changes

We will publish updates here with a revised date when our practices or services change. Please review the integration status for the current scope of the service.
